Our service is available to individuals who primarily have a learning difficulty and additional needs such as a mental health illness, dementia, sensory impairment or a physical disability.

The services that Epiphany in Care provides are available to everyone regardless of their religion, culture, race, ethnic origin, sexuality and sexual orientation, marital status, political affiliation, disability or impairment.

Epiphany in Care aim to provide an individualised package of care and support to individuals who use our services, within their own home. Whilst doing so we endeavour to improve their quality of life by enabling them to maintain their independence, promote their ability to make informed choices and to support and encourage individuals to enjoy their life and to play an active part in their communities.

We aim to achieve this by meeting the assessed needs of our Service Users enabling them to achieve and maintain their chosen outcomes by working in a person centred manner which promotes independence, choice, control and autonomy.
